What we do in a nutshell.
All information, documents and facts gathered from consumers/clients, Insurance, assessors, or lawyers are verified and validated in compilation and preparation of professional Auditing and Quality reporting, as we prepare strong cases of appeal for our clients.
This forms a large part of our daily functions and activities, as our main focus is to assist so many, who have been unfairly treated and unjustly dealt with, by either Insurance, Assessors or repairers.
Fortunately, whilst I was in he employ of a large corporate, I had the privilege of having over 300 one on one client complaint issues of poor quality and poor service related matters.
Some had sought assistance from the Ombudsman offices and unfortunately had not been too successful, mainly due to the fact that they do not have the time, energy and the strength to start the fight, or to proceed to prepare the documentation required in the process.
Fortunately, I have had the honour of being able to build a solid, reputable and trustworthy reputation within the repair, assessing and insurance industries throughout the years, mainly by conducting assessing, audits and complaints handling throughout. I can also proudly, yet, humbly declare that our bold intervention and un-biased approaches, mainly stemming from our independent, technical and professional angle, has allowed us to be very successful in the past and most definitely will be in the future.
During my interaction with the public and whilst dealing with these quality complaint matters, I had met too many people, who were beyond “wits end” and just by seeing the level of frustration, anger, broken trust and the bitterness and anxiety our consumers have to endure, I then realized how necessary my “SERVICES” or assistance is required out there, especially our communities, and those who are not too technically minded.
I have had many a “Gender” related matter as well, where the ladies are always undermined when it comes to acceptance of their vehicles that have poor workmanship issues.
Question here is, why do you have to suffer so much? By taking endless hours off from work in attempts to try and get UR KAR sorted?
Your TRUST has been broken by disgustful repairs, your Insurance has promised to come through, YET, assessor has not even called you as yet. Your life has become, so complicated and you are now beyond angry.
WHY? You are so loyal with your premiums, yet, when an accident occurs, then you are so certain to be unhappy on completion of OR, UR claim is rejected! For almost no reasoning. Some people are just so tired of running back and forth, that they just end up accepting their vehicles as is. It doesn't have to be this way...
